Maybe someone at North Weald could take some photos for this thread?

Yes the North Weald photo looks towards where Robs Lamploughs hangar was erected, I think now in others hands.

Love that photo G-APDK

Bob003 is taken from the area approximately where the Jet Heritage (Gnats) hangar is at North Weald. The hangar in the background is used by a transport/storage company. Some of the distinctive line of tress were only felled last year.

Bob015 is taken from the roof of the HM Treasury/Cabinet Office building at 1 Horse Guards Road. Attached is a shot taken last winter from one of the towers seen in the BoB photo.

What a great concept, very interesting. The better the shots ‘match’ the more useful it is.

The ‘einkel over Whitehall made me chuckle, as that was a painted city- scape, hung on scaffold at Bovingdon airfield.
