Guys whatever you think of the pics used lets not turn this into a slanging match. Al Goss and Steve Ballard were both very experienced and respected pilots, and their loss will be sorely felt by many friends, family and enthusiasts alike.

Would you say the same when you look at old wartime photo’s of the very same thing.

Just a photo journalist doing his job, I guess. Personally I found the photo of the grieving folk more distasteful.
