Fate of Hurricane N25?? GZ-X

Hi,

this photo is actually for sale at ebay (not my one, I would never call a Hurricane “Spitfire” 😀 ).

Date September 1943, location is Leipzig. Does anyone know, when and how the Hurri got under new management? It looks like a Mark I and I don´t think it´s the one from the museum at Berlin.

Any suggestions?

Air Britains RAF Aircraft L1000-N9999 says Missing after attack on Hs126 near Fecamp, 11/6/40.
Looks like it was not badly damaged (if at all) but then bullets only needed to take one item out to remove the airframe from the battle, and this one looks like it was fine otherwise…

Well, this is the answer when, I´m hoping someone will tell us how … Sgt. Jones is still listed missing.

EDIT: I thought the 1940 to be 1943 … The stamp reads
“Zur Erinnerung an die Wehrmachtsbeuteausstellung zu Leipzig 25.8.-7.9.1940”

It was outside the Beuteausstellung, in Leipzig, from 25/8/40 – 15/9/40.
GZ-X was formally of 32 Sqn, serialled N2533, lost 11/6/40. The pilot was Sgt Jones.
