So people what do you like to do at the weekend?
Myself, on friday night I stop in and have 1 or 10 ten beers, play some deafeningly loud tunes and attempt to post semi lucid topics on the forum (its up to you wether or not I’ve achieved this!).
Saturday, get up early (surprisingly, considering previous nights activities) fetch morning paper, shout and swear at the stories therein, in the afternoon either head into town, or more likely, pile up to East Midlands Airport, at night, out with my good mate Dave, though not for the last few weeks, 1 or 10 beers again, home, bed.
Sunday, fetch papers again, repeat swearing but no shouting because everyone else is in bed, afternoon, back to EMA, night time, watch crap sunday night television. (The X Files being the exception)
Monday, work, aaargghh!

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
I am in school five days a week and have no full days. On a Thursday, I’m done by 10:25am and can go home.
I work on a Saturday and Sunday and have to get up at about 6:45hrs and trot to the train station where I travel the 6 or 7 miles into Reading (the town centre). I don’t have a proper finishing time, it changes so often.
Sunday I’m out the house by 09:15hrs and get the train again and stay at work until 18:00hrs.

I love to spend as much time as I can get with my kids, I don’t get to see them much but hopefully that will change soon.
Anyone out there with kids will know how special they can be, even if they do drive you crazy at times!
Leave no-one behind!

Friday: Get home from work if im working anywhere from 1pm to 10pm then go out and get wasted till about 4 or 5 am then crawl into my bed normally.
Saturday: Before 1pm Im not even awake or concious, I normally then stagger out of bed to the kitchen and get some wine and stagger back to the bathroom and get into a nice big bubble bath and lay there for an hour or so listening to music. Get out of the bath and laze about the house. Go out later and get a little drunk but not as much
Sunday: Stay in bed sleeeping for most of the day. Get up late watch cartoons and then go to sleep

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
My weekend. Up at 6.45am Saturday to walk the dog before it gets busy, as I live in a holiday town and my dog is a maniac and loves to go and greet everyone. Then, at 8.30 I go and help my Mum with the weekend shopping. Then I clean out the bird cage (I have five Bengalese finches). After dinner I usually go into town and browse round the shops. In the afternoon I usually have a go on my Playstation 2. After tea I usually listen to some CDs. At 7.30 I feed the dog (I take it in turns with my Mum to feed and walk the dog). Then I settle down with a bottle of beer and watch a video until late.
Sunday – have a lie-in and take the dog for a walk before dinner. After dinner go out for a walk on the cliff tops or the beach or in the town. Try and get some university work done. Have a go on the Playstation. Do the birds again. Listen to CDs etc. I’m hoping to go back swimming sometime, morning was my favourite but college interferes with all that. I used to go horse riding at weekend but the stables has closed down now. Also on Saturdays I sometimes work in a museum in Pickering.

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
I’m afraid not tomel. I have excessive wind (I would considor that a weapon) and am quite frightening when angry (which is not very often at all).
Fridays I go down to the local brass band and bamg the drums for a bit. Upon return home, I like to pig-out and watch t.v (discovery wings-when its not full of repeats!)
Saturday is my ‘lie in’ day, and I love it…until I get kicked out! I may venture into the great outdoors on some saturdays, this is ofcourse dependant on funds, level of laziness and the reason for which I would want to venture out of my domain!
I work sundays (quite early which is horrible), so its early 2 bed on a saturday-well I try. I work in a local hotel restaurant.
Thats basically it!! Very exciting!!
Regards
Ben

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
Hi guys
well for me on a Friday its put my son to bed about 7-8pm get on the computer either flight sims or internet for a few hours. Stay up til about 12 doing that.Or make some of my R/C model (hawker hunter at the moment).
Saturday get up about 8-9am ready by about 11.30 have lunch then yesterday because it is better weather I actually went and did some of the back garden. Normally I would have sat in till about 1 and then went flying my R/C model and then the same as Friday apart from some tv.
Sunday get up the same as Saturday and then about 12pm-1pm go out and fly my R/C model (Spacewalker) until about 5pm and after that Same as Friday Night.
and thats me Dont drink much bear if any as anything I have to do involves driving so I cant risk my licence being hung over in the morning. I work as a driver also. And I dont really go out much apart from special occassions as I need my money for R/C hobby.
We thats it from me.
regards Merlin.

RE: Favorite weekend activity (keep it clean!)
Nothing special really. I often get two days off a week sometimes three when things are quiet, but not always on the weekend as such. Reading, internet (a lot), trip to the movies, just relaxing and vegging out watching the footy. And until recently, or should I say before the girlfriend left me….well..you figure it out. 🙂
Regards, Glenn.
