Hi JP Vieira….Nice to get your vote of confidence about those planes as I think we probably like the post war jets at heart but when you catch the old prop fighters doing these formations and flybys you cant but get to help in liking them in sound and sight.Good luck in 2011.Cheers….JohnB.:)

WP840….yes I agree about the red white scheme being better and more appealing to look at than some of the black they paint trainers today.My real favourite was the silver and dayglo look and its a pity we dont see a gnat or provost done in this way as there are plenty about and most seem to evade this mid 60s livery or call it what you like.

Best Officer I ever had & a Mix crew (Female,Male) is the best as my
point of view as flying crew team in those fast movers.

I have always liked the old red and white scheme applied to the RAF training aircraft, much nicer than the black applied to Hawks and Tucanos and the horrible yellow scheme used on AAC Fireflys.
