Yes, as you say – a strange coincidence. Faygate was obviously the natural place for wrecked aeroplanes to gravitate to.

Hadn’t crossed my mind Andy, just looking at the pretty pictures. Strange coincidence though, and both for ‘crash damaged’ aircraft by the looks.

Interesting images, Ian.
However, not to be confused with the former dump at 49 MU, RAF Faygate, which was at an entirely different location I believe. The ‘link’ is entirely coincidental!
