Feasability Study EB-52 "Old Dog"!

If Anyone has read these books, then they know what I’m talking about!

So, could the “Old Dog” really work?
Replace the 8 JT-46 engines with 4 CMF-56 engines, replace the standard tail of the B-52 with the Butterfly style V tail and re-profile the nose to accomidate the search and attack radars?

With all that said and obvious improvements made to the crew and electronic stations and common high tech automation, could someone bring the EB-52 to life?

IMHO I belive that it could be done, what do you think?
