Feed an American

People of the United Kingdom,
In just a few weeks we shall have a visitor not from these shores and she needs to be fed.
I am not as worried about food, nor as well fed as you, but she should be shown that Britain can hold its own in world cuisine.
So…
I need to know what foods this ‘Bird’ from the ‘Colonies’ should try. All foods suggested should be accompanied with a very good reason as to why she should try this particular dish.
Come on, people – she is eager to try our food so lets rise to the occasion (although Arthurs screaming sausages will have to wait until she ventures onto the continent…) and feed her!
