"Final Countdown"

Just finished watching this movie for the umpteenth time. You know, the one where the USS Nimitz gets zapped back in time to encounter the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. How would a modern Nimitz class ship tackle this task? A-6’s are history, so your primary attack platforms are going to be F/A-18’s and possibly F-14 Bombcats. Weapons? Probably a mix of GBU-24B/B (with BLU-109 penetrator warheads), Skipper II’s, JSOW’s, Harpoons, and maybe some free-fall Mk 83’s and Mk 84’s. Think flak and/or Zekes would nail anyone?
