Finally, photos from new camera!

About time too, eh? 😉

EDIT: This is what I must’ve done wrong 😡

1. Euro Atlantic L10 – Moved the camera so it’s gone abit blury
2. Air-Berlin B737-800 – Too bright
3. British Midland A320 – Too far away and unlevel
4. Pakistan Intl’ B747-300 – Shouldn’t have kept the 2nd a/c in the image
5. China Airlines B747-400 (Sorry about less quality on this one, had to do alot of editing!

I may post more later! 🙂

I got my fuji finepix s5500 a short while ago and my 1st shots werent brilliant, it takes time to work out all the functions and what works best etc. what zoom do you have onit? i have 10x optical and it is great! they are very good for a first attempt with a new camera in my opinion. might post a few of my ryanair shots if anyone wants a look. 1 of them is on JP but the rest when i upload tend to go bigger and then go abit grainy. i have photoshop elements 2.0 but i cant get anything to work lol. apart from smudge, now that i can figure out!

Thanks Tom. AirBand1, I know what you mean, but SeaHawk just called them bad with no other reason, which isn’t going to help atall. But he has posted again with reasons so I’m totally ‘chilled’ 😀 :p

Do you happen to have the exif data of those pics. I can think of one or two settings that should give you better pictures.

What metering mode do you use ?

I think the camera can do shutter priority. You should use that. Time should be 1/focal length. Gives you more controll the the sports mode. Although that will also help.

No problem mate

Keep them coming, we all look forward to even better shots.

I just got a new digital camera recently and I know how hard it is to get used to it.

I think they show real promise, once you get more used to the camera, I think you will produce some excellent shots 🙂

Gee, couldn’t have put it nicer  Well, if you think about it, it was my 1st attempt, I had to resize them, crop some of them, of course their not going to look perfect…

You did put them on so you could get peoples opinion on them didn’t you? I mean you don’t wan’t everyone to say their great when their not.

That way you can go back and mess around with them and make them better I honestly don’t think Seahawk meant anything bad by what he said just some friendly criticism.

Don’t fret mate you will get better results the more you use your camera.
