As the thread name says, this photo was taken during the first day (of two) of the Ilopango Airshow at El Salvador, back in the year 2000. It was the best performance by the Escuadrilla Cuscatlan (for me) with their A-37s, El Salvador Air Force acrobatic team.
I saw almost all the show from the control tower…what a great spot for photos!
Lets play a game…find the A-37 in a low-level pass, enjoy!

Starlings dont have distinctive sticking up fins, unless my bird knowledge is totaly down the drain.
It must be, because the Lesser Spotted Shark Finned Starling of El Salvador does have a very distinctive fin on it’s back.

Are you sure that’s an A37 and not a passing starling?

Naaa – couple of places that could be either an aircraft or dead pixels, but nothing discernable – the picture’s too fuzzy.
