Well I live near Gloucester so according to the map its either Tempsford or Wratting Common ???

& my Dads old Station , Kelstern , Lincs is on there !!!!

I was lucky enough to go on one of those a few years ago, been trying to arrange another but sadly it seems they don’t do them any more. Anyway mustn’t drift off thread, are all the rest in the correct place? They always chop the little tiny bit of Swinderby I co-own off!

I know the family that own the airfield and have had a couple of guided tours around the airfield which is very well preserved and mostly intact.I always feel a touch of sadness when i travel past as a number of air crew lost their lives in crashes near the road that travels along side the airfield.
