Finding Flight Numbers

Just ordering somthing from Hong Kong, and being the impatient one I am, im tryingto to find out the flight number so i can track it.

Im not sure what airline it is coming on, but roughly know what time it was. So does anyone know where i can see a list of departures from Hong Kong International airport?
