The website for the Shearwater Aviation Museum, Nova Scotia has just been updated with pictures of recent progress on their airworthy restoration of Fairey Firefly FR.1 PP462. This is one of those airframes recovered from Ethiopia some years ago. It looks as though they’re heading into the final stages…

great to see more progress, my following of this rebuild is as long as my love affair with that fine province and Halifax!:)
