the sad fact is that they died.
This could quite easily have happened in everyday normal FAA service but it happened on a heritage job. I only hope that they died doing something they loved. And I know all of us aviation fans loved the displays they gave.
Gone but not Forgotten.

Everytime I drive along the road running along the back of the airfield I think of Neil and Bill…they won’t be forgotten. As James says, remember the good times, and I shall remember them in formation with the Gladiator, Nimrod and Sea Hurricane.

A good picture.
A sad loss of crew and aircraft.
Let’s remember the good times – the pleasure brought to many by the Fleet Air Arm Historic Flight’s volunteer staff.
Thank you.

RIP
Watched the accident on Sky, almost live, and I’ll never forget that terrible feeling. Watching two men, volunteering to fly an historic service aircraft, meet their maker was truly horrible.
Remember them.
