Hi everyone, long time no posting! Hope everyone had a good Christmas, I was lucky enough to spend 10 days leading up to it in Lanzarote (for my 3rd time this year!). As most will know by now this is my favourite photography spot in the World, so here’s a small selection. They’re all heavily compressed for the forum, better versions are on or will be appearing on jp.net.
These lot are from the outbound journey and then the first week of photos. I will post the last few days + return journey next week some time.
All taken with Canon 400D, and Sigma 50-500DG, Canon 18-55, and Sigma 10-20.
Starting off with a pretty unique view of an EK 773 at Gatwick.
I flew on G-TTOC of GB Airways. Here we have a cabin shot, a wingview as we arrive over the famous beach, and a couple from the flightdeck.
And then shots from around the airport in no particular order.

Love the Finnair 752! Has to be one of the best looking 757 liverys in Europe! Had the Pleasure of boarding them a few times at NCL over the summer! Gourgous on the inside!

Missed this thread first time round! Excellent shots as ever mate. The first one is great, certainly a unique angle. The last shot of the ATR is just superb too!

Thanks guys for the great response! I shall try get the second bunch up asap. I struggle for time these days, working full time at the moment in the AA biz lounge at STN, saving for my round-the-world tour in March!
xpboy, they were all edited using PS7 (I’ve been using it for years now, never really seen the need to upgrade to CS2 or anything).
Tartan Pics, the beach is very accessible! The beach in the landing shot is where all of those wide angle shots were taken, if you look carefully in the landing shot you can even see a guy waving. If you walk round the corner a little (to the left of that frame) you can then stand side-on with the touch downs such as the Air Berlin. The Air Berlin was taken at 30mm! If you stay in a resort called Matagorda, it is literally a 3-4 minute stroll along the promenade to the approach lights. Infact, you can even sit on the balcony and shoot them aswell (http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=6023799&nseq=31)
