First tranche of FC-1 to have Chinese radar & avionics?

Can someone scan the November issue of AFM. A BR member writes that PAF confirms that atleast first 50 of the FC1 will have chinese radar and avionics ?

I will remove my post if the above turns out not to be in AFM.
