Has the ‘Helios’ trading name formally been removed and what’s the current state of affairs regarding the accident investigation, any formal conclusion as yet ?

I wasnt aware they had new aircraft coming either. I was going to suggest it was a belated replacement for the -300, however 5B-DBH has gone to Excel, so it looks like a direct replacement for that. Not sure if there are any more to come or not?
