Flame Float ID – Royal Navy WW2 Mine Clearance and Bomb domb disposal records

About 2 years ago I found a flame float on St’Annes beach near Blackpool which was later detonated by an EOD Team.

I could not identify the flame float at the time but a year or so later another one turned up on the beach with an ID plate still attached which I cannot read in the picture .

I would like to find out more about this Float and Naval Mine / Bomb disposal records for the North West region (Specifically the Ribble Estuary) .

Can anybody help me please?
