Flanker or Fulcrum variant for Iraq in next 15 years?

Some good points were made that the next most likely aircraft acquisition to supplement the F-16s will be from Russia.
what we disagreed on in the other thread is what they would want from Russia

A Fulcrum variant? (35, 29m2, smt?)
Flanker variant? (35s, mkk, mka, etc?)

The argument for Flanker is stronger as Sukhoi has a better record of support, wider user base, already integrated weapons saving time and costs, and ridiculously long range allowing Iraq to forgo the need of tankers or awacs in the short term. in this case the mka/mkm/mki would be best as its systems are already developed and would be cheaper to acquire than the 35s.
