FLANKER users

Just a quick rundown of who’s got what in their operational inventory. If you have numbers, serials, delivery batches, etc, post them here. This is for a FLANKER project I’m working on, a rundown of variants and users worldwide.

Anything in parenthesis like this (Su-33UB) will denote a type in the inventory but not in operational use, i.e. a test aircraft or something similar. Anything in brackets like this [Su-30MKM] has been ordered but not yet delivered.

FULLBACK has been included in the Russia section for completion, even though it isn’t a FLANKER.
