This isn’t really “off topis” but I didn’t know exactly where to put it. I think this is the best crew movie to come out in a long, long time (at least in my career). Leave it to a crew person to get it right.

For anyone interested or for those who were on the fence about ordering the movie seems to be heavily discounted at the website at the moment: www.theaviarymovie.com
I am not sure if it’s an error/temporary or whatever as it doesn’t seem to be publicised on the site – if it ends suddenly don’t kill the messanger.

It’s actually a quite thoughful, beautifully shot movie. You should give it a chance before lumping it in with all the other air hostess stuff out there. Thankfully, it leavesmost those stereotypes at the door.

Thanks for posting the link to the DVD, Harry. It does show what hard work it is working for an airline company like that. Everyone thinks being flight crew is glamorous, and I guess it is to an extent but its got to be hard on the feet, being on them for endless hours, and having a smile permanently on display for the passengers!
