Flight deck visits

Hello everyone,

Just a thought I had whilst on my way back from Belfast the other day. How many of you people out there still ask to visit the flight deck after a light somewhere? I am 17 and still do if I think its appropriate i.e unless the flight was delayed or I am with my friends. This summer, when flying back from tenerife with my dad I visited the flight deck of G-MSJF (FlyGlobespan 738) and when I asked to take a pic of the flight deck, the kind captain got out of his seat and asked if I wanted my photo taken in the actual captain’s seat. I had trouble saying “Yes sure” as I was so shocked I was speechless!!

So how many of you still bother?
