I have just booked a holiday with MyTravel, does anyone know which A/C type i will be on? Flight details are as follows:
Manchester – Fuerteventura
MYT173 D-15:05 A-19:35
Fuerteventura – Manchester
MYT174 D-20:40 A-01:15
Also what routes will the 757 be on? wouldn’t mind a 757 for the great takeoffs but also never been on an Airbus!
Finally is hand luggage permitted now? Was hoping to do a trip report with pictures of the exterior/cabin etc.

Hand luggage is definitly allowed now, if you type in www.lbia.co.uk (Not just trying to plug LBA ), the first page has a long list with all the regulations.

• Sandwiches • Crisps • Fruit • Vegetables • Other solid foods • Writing Implements • Biros • Pencils • Fountain pens with single open cartridge in use • Baby Milk / Food • Empty containers such as empty bottles, beakers or flasks • Baby Milk / Water / Juice / Paste Form Food (if tasted by the passenger) • Baby Food Powder
Ive never tried eating writing implements, biros, pencisl or fountain pens!

I think the aircraft you will be on should be a 767-300 as it will be operating the man – fue route at some point during the winter season as it did last year. If not it will be a A321.
