flight profiles of naval SAMs

now I may be wholly wrong here but please correct these statements as
needed.

1. The range of Shtil is around 40km at mach4 and against all types of
targets slow bombers or highly nimble fighters. it goes out hard and fast
against anything.

2. SM2 & aster30 attains its max 100km range only against slow bombers
using a economical and slow flight path for that big range

3. Sm2/Aster30 range against fighter targets is 40km ? ..uses a fast burn
high speed intercept strategy

4. Does the Rif SA-N-6 have same characteristic ?

5. what is the radar horizon range of current top-line naval radars against
low flying ASM shooters and sea skimmers launched from subs & ships flying
10m above the sea ? I guess ships would be able to launch SAMs only when
they see the target .
