I’ve read that all of the Flug Werk 190 kits have been sold. I wonder if there’s a list that someone’s compiled of who owns them? I’ve heard that a number of them are in the United States. Here’s a few owners that I’ve heard of, which may be inaccurate:
Rudy Frasca, Illinois, USA
Jay Thinnes, Arizona, USA
Wings of a Dream Museum, Brazil
Guenther Leonhardt, Germany
Attie Niemann, South Africa
Luftwaffen Museum, Germany
Can anybody add to, confirm or correct this list?
I’m also very curious to find out who owns the Dora model that Flug Werk is building.
Thanks for any help,
Dennis

Thank you, gentlemen!

As far as I know the Guenther Leonhardt and the Luftwaffemuseum received pre-production components for static rebuilds (fuselages in both cases, I think) using parts scrounged elsewhere. Guenther Leonhardt has a museum near Hannover where the resulting Fw 190 is on display, and the rebuild in the Luftwaffenmuseum is only progressing very slowly. Hence, these two “owners” shouldn’t really be included in this list.

I think Rudy Frasca’s had his for a wee while – Flypast reported it was being assembled some time ago, but not heard or seen much since.
