Why would they cancel the flights on the day after easter? No other airline cancels flights just because its easter or a bank holiday? :S
They most certainly do as most operators cancel flights on bank holidays due to the lack of business traffic.
We have cancelled a number of flights today, likewise for Good Friday, but flights over the weekend were operated as normal.

The airport computers get all their info from ACL – the company who manage the slots for the airport. Usually on bank holidays you will not see the non op flights as cancelled – as they will have been removed from the database. Sometimes this doesn’t happen and this is what you are seeing here.
There is nothing sinister to it.

It’s quite normal for UK domestic services to be cancelled on the morning of bank holidays – usually the evening before, too.

Many airlines cancel business routes during bank holidays which seems to be the case here. You’ll notice that none of the cancelled flights are to or from holiday destinations. Eastern Airways in particular cancel a lot of flights on holidays.
