a pal in Southern California tells me this :
I went out to a friends shop in Rialto last weekend to see this
P47 that they had just finished restoring. The plane
is incredible. It is exact to the way it rolled off
the factory floor. Everything works and everything is
there. Down to the smallest decal. It should test fly
any day now.
So another one for Paul Allen due to take to the skies – anyone have any clues how his Hurricane at Hawker Restorations is doing
what a collection this will be – cant wait to see his 17E

It flew for the first time about a months ago, there was a thread with some photos here G-KAMM
