Hi Bookworm
Don’t know about the review but I’ve got the book itself. Is there anything specific you want looking up later?
Must admit I haven’t actually read it yet. It’s in the bookcase in the ‘I will read this one day’ section of the collection (got plenty of others like that too, I must also admit)! But it looks fairly decent and well researched, as far as I recall from when I bought it.
