The other thing which came out of the talk which I was a little surprised at was the actual COST of running this forum – from what I understand the lawyers’ (fine upstanding chaps obviously) costs are pretty heavy – presumably in warning off erm…libellous comments etc – so next time the ‘thought police’ wade in (not my expression) I will certainly be a bit more aware that the reason is often for the good of the forum – ie to keep it open for us aviation types to blather on to each other about all things Bernoulli….
