I’ve just read the UK Warbirds Survey as published in the current Flypast and can’t help feeling that it’s a little inaccurate, one example being the Booker Mk1a Spitfire is listed as airworthy, when we all know having looked at Tom’s pictures that it’s a little bit away from that and the Hurricane info is all over the place. Maybe I’m just being picky or have just got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning but I would have thought that the premier vintage aircraft mag would have researched this piece a little better, even looking on this board from time to time would have given some updated information for them.

G-CBEL
I believe it is still at Kemble and up for sale.
I’ll have it if I had the money. It has folding wings so it does have a bit of sea blood in it for an Iraqi Fury 🙂

Last i knew was that it has been G-registered and has been restored back to full airworthiness and was up for sale as it was advertised in Pilot Magazine for awhile but i have not seen any adverts or heard whether it’s been sold.
It’s one of the most immaculate aircraft i’ve seen with full modern cockpit.

Sea Fury omission?
I have a query about the John Bradshaw Sea Fury, which is reported as being still at Kemble. Another mag reported that it was once more agina near airworthy status.
This aircraft is also omited from Wrecks and Relics
