For DROPTANK

Four pics of TFC’s P47, the first one taken not long after arrival at Duxford, unfortunately I never managed to get a decent shot of it in its initial scheme in fact this is the only one I can find.

The other three are of it in its temporary 353rd FG scheme applied for Raydon Wings.

Thanks very much for that that is a good start, does anybody have anymore of TFCs Thunderbolt in the early days before the 78th FG scheme was applied, or any other photos of P47s that passed through Duxford in the mid eighties. 🙂
