The last meet looked as if it was quite a fun day, pleny of aircraft, and booze by the sounds of it! 😀
Just a quick question, Kev35 and Myself are planning to meet up down at LHR or LGW at the begining of August. I hope this is alright with Kev, but would anyone else be interested in joining us for the day?
LHR and LGW both have a very wide variety of airlines and aircraft alike. It was just today I saw a Royal Brunei 767-200ER take of from LHR and yesterday an Iran Air 742.
I would say that LGW is like MAN in a way but not as busy.
So anyhow whats your thoughts on this. Either let me or Kev know on this post of PM us.

Can make the August LHR as its a weekend, the other one I’ll try to make more so now as I missed the last one, but everything from September onwards has big ??’s over at the minute for me so I’ll see nearer the time on that one.

Kev is the 2nd or 3rd OK with you for ther August meet at LHR?
Now for you guys wishing to attend the meet in sept or oct, which month would you rather it be in?
Either is fine for me. But its best we get it sorted as quick as we can for those of you who need to book time off work and book a flight.

which airport u going 2 on 3rd august im going from gatwick on the 5:10 pm air 2000 flight to monitsar in tunisia so u lot might catch it see ya i gota go 2 science now yay 2days left thn im finished 4 summer thn only 8 munths left at scool

I should be able to make LHR on 2nd or 3rd August, possibly late september but I cant think that far ahead. Thinking about tomorrow is a hard enough job for me 🙂

Well the Thursday idea worked well in terms of flight prices for those of us needing to fly to make it possible in a day, so might I start the suggestions rolling with Thursday 18th or 25th September, or if in October the 16th ?

Ok then everyone shall we start looking for a serious date late in September? I’d prefer LHR but don’t mind LGW either. Let’s try and get a date firmed up as soon as possible so people have the necessary time to make travel arrangements.
Now, if anyone’s interested I’m still up for a trip to LHR early August as well. I drive and can carry three passengers so if we all shared the parking charges we could nip round to LGW as well. I’ll cover petrol costs and we could meet at the LHR visitor centre. This would be better for people near LHR obviously. So, what do you think?
For the August trip email or pm me. For the big meet in September we’ll go throught the board as it all worked out ok for the MAN meet.

I am up for a Heathrow meet late September or October. Let me know as the earlier I know the easier and cheaper it is to get a flight. And Ren dont worry I will bring a waterproof with me just in case you have an accident with your pint again:D
