What time do members wish to meet other members over the weekend?
Personally a lot of us will be at Snappers memorial do on Sunday, so that means a large bunch in one place at the same time – but for those who are not going to be there (huh! :rolleyes: ) how about at the Vulcan (if it is still there/still suitable)? Time needs to be decided since I have not a clue about how long Snappers event will take.
Saturday people will need to arrange a time and place too – previously this sort of thing has also collected quieter members who didn’t want to stick their heads up – so don’t keep it to yourselves!
Also The Red Lion needs to know about people stuffing their faces on Sunday evening (see Snappers separate thread) so we’d need to let them know too!

I think there may be a gathering of the clans near the Flypast tent when Mr Patterson arrives on Saturday, .
Can anyone confirm this, & the time? BTW where is Steve? Haven’t seen him pop up on here since his last post before leaving the U.S.

It was previously suggested that we should meet by the Runway Restaurant at 13:00 for lunch, which works for me….

Vulcan sounds fine, I don’t think I’ll be there much before 11.00 on Saturday morning.
