– 1 the F-117 shot down over Serbia in arpil 1999 was a lucky shot. Proof is, conventional allied aircrafts suffered no lost to the SAMs over Yougoslavia (and no, NO TORNADO NOR F-15 was shot down over Yougoslavia).

– 2 the MiG-23 was a piece of crap. Too little for VG, plus standard drawbacks of soviets aircrafts of the era (bad electronics for example). Proof is : no upgrade program (and even the MiG-21 had lots of upgrade).

3 – threads “aircrafts Vs aircrafts” are a waste of time. Simply because aircrafts are not the most important part of air warfare : pilot skills are the most important things. A Hunter could kill… a MiG-23 if the pilot of this Hunter is well trained (and the MiG-23 pilot has received a Soviet training).

4- NO F-15 HAS BEEN LOST IN COMBAT TO THE DAY.

So you can answer what you want, I also know that mods won’t appreciate this thread. but…
