Lo, to DUS. You are probably faster in the city of Düsseldorf from FRA then from NRN using public transport.
Dortmund is surely much faster, that is were Easy Jets lands.

From Niederrhein to Dusseldorf is at least an hour and a half by car. God knows how long it will take by public transport (no busses to NRN). I hope they know what they are getting themselves into!

It was interesting that the words “Niederrhein” and “Hahn” did not come up. I know where they fly to and am willing to use the airline. But I do wonder how many people feel themselves to be short changed. Should they be a bit more honest? From that report most people would think they were actually flying to Dusseldorf Airport (the real one). Not something else 45 minutes bus ride away.

Maybe they should have taken a Geography class with them, rather than a languages class.

Strange how we should use Glasgow Prestwick but not say that the city that they are linking that airport is not Dusseldorf but Niederrhein; then again Geography has never been one of Ryanair’s strong points 😉

And who’d have a thought a party of senior pupils from Ayr’s Wellington Academy would sully their bottoms on Ryanair’s grubby seats? (lol) 😀
One would have thought BA Business class or a chartered Lear for such luminaries of local academia ? :dev2:
Only joking Wellingtonites. 😉
