I had yet to catch a C-5 Galaxy. With the upcoming closure of FRA as a USAF base I had to visit it once before closing. So I spend most of thursday at FRA…

Let me rephrase that. Spend most of the day in my car going to/from FRA. Driving 5 hours one way is not something I will do again. Note to self, get a hotel when going to FRA.

Seen a whole lot of planes, but NO C-5. I won’t be able to get back before the base closes. so I will have to visit the new USAF base and hope for the best. Gonna be a while longer then before I get a C-5. 🙁
