Frame / part ID please

Anyone have any ideas? Was about to be sent to the tip in suburban Melbourne with a number of other frames. There are four of these in total…any help with ID from the number attached to the frame would be greatly appreciated 🙂

We are getting closer, apparently part of the rear fuselage.

Is anyone able to provide a serial number for this aircraft based on the stamp in the photo – that would be fantastic !
