I thought Americans were so much in love with freedom of speech and everyone could talk about what they want and have whatever opinion they should. Well this American bitch at Global Defence Forum banned me because i wrote my opinion on how Bush is a terrorist and how American regime is fascist! Bush and his American government has killed more than all the wars combined, what happened in Iraq, Lebanon, and Afghanistan is worst than a ******* holocaust! These people at globaldefenceforum.com have no ******* idea about how bad it is when F-16s and B-52 bitches come and empty their belly fully loaded by bombs.
Freedom of speech, yeah right so called. Global Defence Forum. Controlled by Americans. Bunch of terrorists. 😡
Now i hope this forum is not like that. I will enjoy my time here.

It’s quite ironic that this is one of the few examples of discussion on a forum that’s crammed to the rafters with “what was the last film, song, object you inserted into your belly-button type threads.
(Note to my trusty witless archivist: please copy this message but don’t worry about digesting it).

Isn’t it funny how the disenfranchised always have to give themselves a name, just like a toddler with a security blanket.
Toodle-pip.

Yeah, we say we hate the US but we are all secretly jealous and want to be the US… heard that one before… Problem is I really don’t know enough about the US to know whether to be jealous of what they have or not.
But that never stops you from bashing the US does it?
When we have people whining about North Korea making nuclear weapons when they should be feeding their people I wonder how homeless americans feel about the 400+ billion the US spends on “defence”.
Well seeing how they didn’t pay any of that $400 billion they don’t really have any room to gripe now do they?

One can usually recognise an American Embassy from the air.
It’s the one with the chanting mob out front…….

Ahem…. while we exercise our freedom of expression, I’d greatly appreciate us keeping to the subject in hand and saving the knee-jerk Yank-bashing for elsewhere, chaps.
It’s predictable and very, very boring indeed.
Thanks

Freedom of speech is only acceptable, at the moment, in the land of the free as long as you agree with US foreign policy !
You are either with us or you are with the terrorists…
Well, why not call the Americans terrorists… they also use force and a political intstrument to get their way, and while they claim to be sorry about collatoral damage they always seem to be able to generate some no matter what they do.
They also like to tar others with the terrorist brush… it is as popular now as the commie brush was during the cold war. Any nationalist country that didn’t want to give all oil ownership rights to western companies was commie… now any country that gets between the US and the al quada is a terrorist… except Pakistan and Saudi Arabia… cause they are everyones friends (including Al Quadas… but dont tell anyone.)

Judging by the spelling of the middle word with a ‘c’ rather than an ‘s’ leads me to think that the site is not American anyway. I’m sure nobody wants to hear fundamentalists political bile, and I personally have heard more than enough about religion, so I hope you don’t start here.

Along with rights come responsibilities – a fact often overlooked in this day and age. We simply can’t expect one without the other.
Freedom of speech goes hand-in-hand with the recognition that those whose opinions differ from one’s own have exactly the same right.
damned ****^%&%$£ right !!

Yesterday’s terrorist is tomorrow’s statesman…ask Nelson Mandella !
Your terrorist is someone elses freedom fighter..ask The Wehrmacht from WW2 about the Milorg!
and lets not forget state sponsored terrorism…
Its all about perspective..

Is it or is it not okay to call anyone (and i mean ANYONE) a terrorist? After all, it is one’s personal opinion and different people will give out different definitions of what a terrorist is. Dictionary definition is rather broad, too.
Of course, most forums are private and can be moderated in any way moderators may choose, for example banning use of curse words. That too limits freedom of speech. But it’s legal to delete it, ban any members, etc. What may be the problem there is hypocrisy, if on one hand terms of the site advocate freedom of speech when in fact that freedom is being moderated.
In those cases it would be much better to be honest and simply warn beforehand: People who swear will be banned. Or, people who write posts seen as spam will be banned. Or, people who talk kindly of Hitler will be banned. Or, people who’re calling Bush a terrorist will be banned. Etc.

GREAT BRITAIN and free speech.
The great thing about Great Britain, is you can excercise your freedom of speech. This is the best country in the world for that, and I am proud to be part of it. But freedom of speech musn’t be abused , for personal ambitions, such as Terrorism. A lot more people shoudn’t be afraid to talk frankly about matters that are important to them, and air their thoughts on Forums like this. It will be a bad day indeed, if this basic right is taken away from the people.
LONG LIVE FREE SPEECH.
