Does anyone know the serial number and unit of the French Jaguar that conducted the live drop test in the Pacific islands,?
Also, has it been preserved?.
Usual trawls have not come up with anything of substance.

Agreed. I guess someone, somewhere has that bit of the fin. Your question was a bit unusual. I wonder why you were looking for details of that particular event …

A-17 dropped the AN52 weapon at Mururoa in 1974. There is a photograph of it if you scroll down that page, marked as 11-RK. I think the nose and cockpit are preserved at Condé-Vraux museum. http://bdd.deltareflex.com/cns_affiche.php?image=22016. According to that site it was with EC 1/7 Provence at the time of the tests in 1974.
