The DGAC register is back with us today, and it confirms that F-ARNE is not allocated to anyone. Want me to translate how you could get your hands on it?
F-ARTE is registered though!

There’s no record of that registration on airframes.org and that tends to be quite up to date. Others may know a better source, though!
