I’d like to see it painted just like the fantasy reno racer in the real air sim package.

I would love to see her in a really cheesy 1970’s glossy Americanized BofB scheme -loads of gloss paint ,terrible roundels and squadron codes either totally the wrong colour or far too big!
I think when it comes to forum debates on shades of green or indeed blue on Spitfires it’s possibly the time to remind the enthusiast about how dreadful schemes have been in the past and also how lucky we are to be able to see the thing in the air at all !

Great stuff – prefer the clipped wings with the contra-prop, though

It would look even nicer in Royal Thai Air Force markings.

It would look even nicer with a 60 series Griffon on the front !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like image 1274.
It looks like the Spitfire is just drifting slightly toward the camera ship.
Steve Hinton has his head down looking at his kneeboard or something. 🙂

Oh no, that needed to remain clipped. Just the paintjob needed redoing.

Looks a lot nicer, I think!
Could perhaps do with a slight adjustment of the colour though, perhaps!
