If I mentioned I was German I wouldn’t cause offence would I?
Iโve just noticed the spelling mistake in my original post! ๐ฎ It should have read…
Youโre going to fit right in! ๐
…which is a sort of joke about how Spitfires are far more popular than any other aircraft on the Historic Aviation forum. ๐
It will cause no offence whatsoever that you are German and perhaps will give some of us a useful insight into present and past attitudes in Germany (to historic subjects).
Bullying at school; hopefully not related to your interest in Spitfires?

Welcome ๐
By: AuraTodd - 16th September 2010 at 12:01
I don’t think you’ll find any bullying. However, if you can speak German and know your way around German archives you’ll be more of an asset than you could possibly imagine.
regards,
kev35
Thanks. I know of some scary stories in Germany but I don’t know if they airfields. Will check them out and if I find any, I will stick em on here ๐ My cousin says they don’t have ghosts in Germany, but that’s untrue as strange things have been seen in Baden Baden ๐

Just that I had a lot of bullying at school, sorry this sounds strange ๐
