Yes , both are owned by Peel together with Doncaster Sheffield Airport and all three have similar ‘Friends of’ groups details of which are on the website .
There are probably other airport friends groups too but I personally don’t know of any ?

I think they got the idea from Friends of Liverpool Airport http://www.fola.org.uk/ which has been in existance since 1980. I think both airports do, or did have common ownership.
