"From Bleriot to Spitfire"-a new edition??

Having read and re-read this book many times,I was wondering if there are any plans to publish a new edition. As far as I know, the most recent edition was published in 1991,and even then it was a re-print of the original 1970’s book with only a few minor alterations.
For those of you who haven’t read it (shame on you!), the book is a compilation of articles and anecdotes about flying the aeroplanes of the Shuttleworth Collection, edited by David Ogilvy (himself at one time a collection pilot). It’s one of those books that I frequently refer back to,and it gives a great flavour of the spirit of Old Warden and the character of the aeroplanes and the people who operate them (a number of them being sadly no longer with us). There are also a couple of chapters about flying old aeroplanes in general and operating a rotary engine. It’s a great read, particularly on a dark winter evening when you’re suffering from OW withdrawl symptoms!
Although it’s a great book as it stands,a number of aircraft have been added to the Collection since the book was first published and it would be great to see an up-to-date edition on the shelves that includes all the Collection’s current types.
Any thoughts?

I can’t agree more – this would be a really good idea. I did mention the possibility on a thread started by Andy Sephton about potential improvements/attractions at OW in the winter last year, but got no reply.
