TJC

The PSS 772 & 744 Professional will not run in FS2004 as they are made with FSDS only

p.s. PSS are remodelling the 744 as soon as they can and you will be able to purchase it from their website.

There is a chance that a few planes don’t work. I small minority doesn’t work as Bradburger said. For example Dave Eckert’s Boeing Stearman doesn’t fly good in FS2004. But he is still working on an update for this plane.

Hi Tom

You can use FS2002 aircraft in FS2004 providing they were made with Gmax or FSDS v2. These are the 3D modelling programs that are used to create aircraft and objects for Flightsim.

Planes made with FSDS v1 usually have trouble with the animations (prop, wheels etc) so are not really suitable.

If you are not sure which software the aircraft was made with, the only way is to try it an see! Also, remember you’ll need to copy over any gauges and effects that are specific to that particular plane.

Hope this helps.

Paul
