Looking for a couple of Fuel and Oil Pressure gauges each to complete my Beaufighter panel project. Been looking for a while so any help would be appreciated. I also have two NOS Fuel Pressure gauges still in cardboard reel with calliparys intact to suit DH98 Mossie for trade if interested (G6A/3378) using these as placeholders until getting more correct ones.
Fuel Pressure – few different types, most 0-5lbs one of them 0-20lbs.
G6A/516, G6A/518, G6A/3188, G6A/520 – all would suit and all are MkVIIIA (the RAAF built one was 4-1066, V156).
Also suitable would be G6A/723, G6A/512 or G6A/304 as they read the same but have different length caps.
Oil Pressure – MkXIE 0-150lbs
G6A/560 is the preferred.
G6A/556, 558, 562, 564, 565, would also be suitable same as Fuel Pressure they all just have different length caps, not an issue for my static panel.
I’m also trying to solve a mystery with my top left push buttons, I see many different types used in different Beaus but the size of this one does not support any I’ve seen, the holes fit the standard pb but the screws holes are no where near, could it be for a lift and push flap to be mounted to with the screws in that? Most of those I’ve seen attach to the pb itself so I think maybe not. Another possibilty could simply be a mistake in the build process by the person who I had make it, the two holes are slightly different sizes so no way that wasn’t a mistake. Any Beau experts that can help would be great, looking forward ot finishing this panel.
