Fuel dump

Does someone ( I’m sure wys does ) knows what the process in order to dump fuel in case of emergency landing ?

Actually it’s not something we can do on the 757. The 767 does but my company doesn’t have any (yet). Monster, Skycruiser and Moondance will have to do this one for me!
