Another item from my collection acquired way back in the day…
Pictures attached of an incomplete S 101 transmitter unit from a FuG 101 radio altimeter system. A complete one can be seen here:

I bought this off a stall circa the late 1980’s at an airshow at the Shuttleworth Collection. The label reads: “ME 110 port under wing aerial unit £3”. (Those were the days…)
I was basically wondering if it is possible from the details on the maker plate to confirm whether it did come from an ME 110 and if it is possible to link it to a specific aircraft?

It appears to be fitted to most Luftwaffe night fighters including Bf110, but you may/will struggle to match it to an specific airframe.The data plate is specific to the instrument only.
You might try the (IMHO) excellent LEMB site. Very helpful for this type of thing.
