I trundled down to Bournemouth on Saturday to see Hawker Fury FB.11 G-CBEL undertake a short trip around the local area…

This one was on a low shutter speed – 1/30 second – and would possibly be classed as technically flawed given the appearance of the prop. I like it, all opinions/criticism welcome either on board or PM…
Sunday was the date for the annual TAG (Telegraphist Air Gunners) Memorial service at the former RNAS Lee-on-Solent airfield.
The RNHF usually send a Swordfish to perform a flypast each year, but for 2007 Sea Fury VR930 carried out this very important duty.
Even the ice cream man got out of his van and watched on the seafront!

Thanks for looking, feedback always appreciated on/off board.

I prefer the prop blur like that, though with the slower shutter speed the threat of an “unsharp” image rears it’s ugly head. Great shot in my book!
